The House
Black Robin Innovation is a boutique venture house — the parent company of Headwayflow, Beevyl and Centraly. We do not run an assembly line, and we do not chase a portfolio of hundreds. We raise a small family of products with the patience and attention of an atelier.
Every venture in the house begins the same way: as a rare idea, shaped by hand, questioned without mercy, and held to a single measure — would we stand behind it for decades? Only then does it take the family name and a number of its own.

Headwayflow is a daily planning companion designed for ADHD — not adapted for it. Beevyl is the neutral, time-boxed workspace for everything that crosses the line between two companies working together — handoffs, blockers, decisions and documents. Neither side is host or guest, the decisions log is one neither can rewrite, and every workspace winds down cleanly when the work ends.

“Every black robin alive today descends from one bird.”
In 1980, the Chatham Island black robin was the rarest bird on Earth. Five remained — and among them a single breeding female, known to her keepers as Old Blue. Through patience, ingenuity and stubborn, careful hands, New Zealand's conservationists raised the species back from the very edge of extinction.
We took her lesson as our charter: given enough care, the rarest things multiply. So the house stays small, holds its ventures close, and raises each one to endure.
The Practice
A small portfolio is not a limitation — it is the point. Scarcity is what lets the house give each venture the whole of its attention.
We ship when it is beautiful and true, not merely when it is due. Longevity forgives a slow start; it never forgives carelessness.
We measure our ventures in decades, not demo days. Whatever carries the family name must be worth keeping — and keeping well.
